Hey everyone!
I just wanted to pop in and say that I am working on a post of my time in the village & Saint Louis, as well as my current seminar this week on Batik. it is just taking a long time to write about it all, because I experienced quite a bit. It is hard to figure out emotions and viewpoints on the world when you are being offered people's children to take them to America, or when your host family doesn't always have enough food for everyone (but as the paying student, you are always fed lots). I don't want to focus on the negative here, or create a bad image of my time here in Senegal because I love school, excursions, and Senegal. I just need a few days.
